Client has been dx with Alzheimer’s dz, atherosclerosis, blepharitis, DM-type 2 (insulin dependent), COPD, glaucoma and a hx of Bell’s Palsy, CVA and MI >5 years and PTSD. Historical data on D.M also showed he is widowed with no children and his support is provided through family friends that consider him an “uncle. D.M is WW2 veteran, where he served in the army infantry and signaling. He later worked at Stelco (position unknown) and for Toronto airport security and was also a smoker for many years.
