When looking at the different stages in life special considerations need to be made. For infants they are not very involved in their exams so it will be more about checking their pulse, temperatures, and respiratory rates. If vaccinated they get their Hep B at this time. For school aged children who like to be more involved you should communicate with them about what is going on, in terms they can understand. If vaccinated they get Hep B, MMR, Tdap, and Varicella Younger adults going to the doctor could be more of a stress than before because if they are sick they have to miss work which means missing out on paid time. It is best to get right to the point and not hold them up more than needed. For older adults you should inform them how to help keep things on track like staying hydrated and eating fiber to stay regular. This will help keep them well and on track.
