Question Case study:It’s a busy day at a residential facility. A number of staff has called in sick and the existing staff is under pressure. Trevor a personal care worker, has the flu. He changes his baby’s nappy before leaving home then runs to the car. It is a rainy day and he is running late so he speeds to try to make up the lost time. He smokes a cigarette as he walks into the facility, throwing the butt into a bin full of papers. He then showers several clients, helping some of them to use the toilet. He is exhausted by the time it is his break.
